Before starting the concrete mixer truck, set the mixing drum control lever to the "Stop" position.
After starting the concrete mixer truck’s engine, let the mixing drum rotate at low speed for approximately 10 minutes. The hydraulic oil temperature must exceed 20°C before the truck can start working.
When the mixer truck is parked outdoors, reverse the rotation of the mixing drum to drain accumulated water and debris before loading materials—this ensures the quality of the concrete.
When transporting concrete with the mixer truck, ensure the skip bucket is securely fastened to prevent it from swinging due to looseness, which could injure pedestrians or affect the normal operation of other vehicles.
When the concrete mixer truck is transporting mixed concrete, the rotation speed of the mixing drum is 210 rpm. During transportation, maintain the mixing drum’s rotation speed at 2–3 rpm on flat roads. When driving on roads with a slope greater than 50 degrees, or when the road surface shakes from side to side, stop the mixing drum’s rotation and resume it only after road conditions improve.
After the cement mixer truck finishes working, clean the mixing drum and the truck body. No residual concrete should be left inside the mixing drum.
When the water pump is in operation, do not let the concrete mixer truck idle, and the water pump should not be used continuously for more than 15 minutes.
